APEX Pharma KSA Plant
APEX Pharma signed an agreement with King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) to set up a new pharmaceuticals plant in the city’s Industrial Valley. The presence of APEX Pharma in Saudi Arabia helps in strengthening the economic partnership between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and potentially contributes to show the potential of the Egyptian pharmaceutical industry.
The project is a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical production facility with a total area of 50,000 square meters, comprising a ground and first floors, designed and to be constructed over two phases.
Phase 1: With a built-up area of 13,498 m2 for complete solid dosage form production facility including:
Commercial batches production areas, a pilot for process developments, packaging areas, warehouse, laboratories area, office area and training rooms.
Phase 2: With a built-up area of 9,917 m2 reserved for complete production of different dosage forms.
